Refund and Cancellation Policy for DS Holidays and Events
This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for bookings made with DS Holidays and Events Tours and Travel.
1. Cancellations by You
1.1 Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days before your scheduled departure will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount.
1.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 10 days of your departure will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount or no refund, depending on the nature of the service.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as flights or special event tickets, may be non-refundable as per the policies of our third-party service providers.
2. Cancellations by Us
2.1 Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we may cancel a tour or event. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour, as applicable.
2.2 Provider Cancellations
If a third-party service provider (hotel, airline, etc.) cancels your booking, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or alternative service.
3. Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only processed according to our cancellation policy and the third-party provider’s terms. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
3.2 Processing Time
