2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our booking form, phone, or email.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and a confirmation email or voucher from us.
You must ensure all traveler names and details are correct. DS Holidays is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Payments
Payments can be made via online payment methods, bank transfer, or as directed on the booking page.
Full payment may be required for certain services and peak season packages.

4. Price Changes
Prices are dynamic and may change based on availability, seasonality, and supplier changes.
Once a package is confirmed and paid for, the price will not be increased unless there are changes to taxes, government fees, or fuel charges.

5. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documents, including passport, visa (where applicable), government ID, and other requirements.
DS Holidays is not liable for denial of services due to improper documentation.

6. Services and Third-Party Suppliers
DS Holidays acts as agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and other third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of such suppliers, including delays, loss, or changes in itinerary.

7. Behaviour and Safety
Clients agree to follow local laws, customs, and health & safety instructions provided in itineraries.
DS Holidays may refuse service to any person whose behaviour affects safety or enjoyment of other travellers.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including text, images, logos, and itineraries is property of DS Holidays or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
DS Holidays’ liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India under Indian law.
Customers agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal remedies.
